10 day "No Quibble" guarantee:
Whenever you buy jewelery from us you have the benefit of our "No Quibble" 10 day guarantee, which starts on the day you receive your jewelery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a piece of jewelery, just inform us and we will take our jewelery back for a full refund of the item price or a complete reorder.
To take advantage of this guarantee, you must ensure that the jewelery is returned to as new, this means that:
a) you must not remove the identification tag (if any) that is attached to the jewelery;
b) you must not have altered the jewelery - for example, we cannot accept returns of rings that have been re-sized or any sort of alteration made to jewelry.
c) you must return the jewelery in all its original packaging and with its originality,
d) you must ensure that the outer packaging is sufficient to protect the jewelery in transit.
We do not refund the cost of the original delivery charges or the return delivery charges.
If your jewelery becomes faulty within 10 days of receipt, you will be offered the choice of a refund or, a replacement.
To return faulty products to us, please contact our Customer Service team for instructions.
We are not liable for returned jewelery which is lost in transit, so it is important that you use an insured delivery method, such as Fed Ex, UPS.
Your right to cancel:
You must return the products to us within 10 days, in an unused and re-saleable condition with all the original packaging, and at your own cost.
